22 TCM Failure to Extract. I recently bought a 22 TCM/9mm. There was no ammo available locally so the first time I shot it I shot 200 rounds of 9mm. It functioned perfectly using the installed extractor and changing to the 9mm barrel. This week I received the 22 TCM ammo that I had ordered.I was about the send the gun back to Taurus; however, I tried the gun with Critical Defense .357 mag and .38 special Federal and no problems whatsover. Looking at the Armscor ammo with range staff we found that about 60 percent of the rounds did not have the bullet seated properly in the cartridge. The ammo was crap.
