I have similar issues with my 2021 outback onyx xt. There are supposed to be 3 different stages of Eyesight pre- collision warning/ intervention. First stage is a beep and flash on head up lights on windshield. if no intervention by driver and collision still probable, 3 beeps and a pulse of the ABS system.

There is a chance any shade can interfere with the camera which could result in a wreck. If you have any malfunctions with Eyesight in the future, good luck trying to use your factory warranty as it will be voided. I've taken several 8 hour long trips in my 2022 crosstrek. I've never had any issues with eyesight or adaptive cruise control. Yes, it does correct but I've never thought that it was out of the lane, or sudden jerking. I would definitely get in touch with subaru to check your calibration. Reply reply.
